Today in class, please complete both of the following activities to
review and practice strategies for reading informational texts.
1. Complete Level
Up: Informational Texts. Work through both the tutorial and
practice tabs.
2. Complete the Interactive
Quiz. You will read a brief article titled "Odd Couples" then
answer 20 questions. The article can be found here
or by clicking on the link within the quiz. When you have completed the
20 questions and clicked "Score My Test," raise your hand so that I can
record your grade. This will count as a quiz score out of 20 points.
3. If you finish both of these assignments before the end of the
class period you may read your library book, take an AR quiz, or play
vocabulary games on Free
Rice.
