Song Parody Project

Students in Advanced English 8 chose a familiar song and rewrote the lyrics to retell the story of "The Ransom of Red Chief," focusing on ironic events in the plot. After working with a group to rewrite the lyrics, students planned and performed their songs via video or gave a live performance in class.
